Research Summary
I am interested in modeling temporal lobe epilepsy in the rat.  Using a stimulation paradigm, I hope to address issues relating to this disorder including possible deficits in behavior, effects of aging as it relates to epilepsy, and characterization of neural damage associated with our model.
